The wait is over!

After two close seconds from three starts since joining the stable, the former Tony and Calvin McEvoy runner, saluted at Balaklava today, taking out the 1050m Maiden in most convincing fashion.

The daughter of Nicconi jumped straight to the front and didn’t give her opposition a chance, winning by 2.4 lengths.

Two races later, we were back in the winner’s stall applauding Blue Luna’s return to scale.

Blue Luna took advantage of his inside gate to hold the lead in the 1400 Maiden and was perfectly rated by Apprentice Ellis Wong, to win by over a length.
