We had an excellent day at Gawler bringing home our first metropolitan double!
SECRET WAR gave us our first win for the day and also scored his second win in a row! Ridden beautifully once again by apprentice Ellis Wong he managed a good break on his rivals making it difficult for them to catch him once again! He just thrives over 1200m and it’s excellent to see him finally getting the metropolitan wins that he deserves.
DIAMONDS ARE made it a double for the team when he scored at the end of the day. Aided by a very patient ride from Kayla Crowther, he was able to swoop down the outside to get the chocolates! We are thrilled to have been able to get the win with this tough old horse for his owners!
